The Los Angeles Chargers currently have the No. 5 pick in the NFL Draft.
Most mocks have them taking an offensive lineman, and Justin Herbert could use some help there.
Nonetheless, it seems like they’re looking to get another weapon in the passing game instead.
Perhaps unbeknownst to him, LSU star Malik Nabers revealed that he was looking for houses after his visit with the Chargers (via Dov Kleiman).

Maybe HC Jim Harbaugh made him a promise, and he may have accidentally tipped his hand.
Nabers is the second-best wide receiver prospect in his class, behind only Marvin Harrison Jr., but most scouts believe the talent gap isn’t that wide.
With the Chargers losing both Keenan Allen and Mike Williams, there’s a big need for depth at the wide receiver position, so it would make sense for this team to get one of the best in the draft.
Some also believe they could look to trade down, and with the Minnesota Vikings, Denver Broncos, New York Giants, and Las Vegas Raiders all in the mix for a quarterback, they could still potentially get Nabers and an offensive tackle in the first round.
With Harbaugh now in town, the Chargers are expected to favor the running game more than they did in the past.
But they have one of the best young quarterbacks in the game, and they also need to do right by him by giving him the kind of weapons he needs, especially in one of the most competitive divisions like the AFC West.
