The NFL Draft is just around the corner and we all have had too much time to dissect all of these prospects when we should simply be excited that this draft is absolutely loaded with top-level talent at quarterback, wide receiver, and offensive tackle.

There’s so much talent at QB and WR that it’s hard to decipher who should be the first players off the board, but one draft insider says that’s an easy choice because there are two “generational players” in this draft class.

FOX Sports analyst Joel Klatt believes we are overthinking things and has USC QB Caleb Williams and Ohio State WR Marvin Harrison Jr. as the two “generational” talents.

“No. 2 and No. 1 are two of the best players I’ve ever covered at their positions in college football,” Klatt said, via his show’s YouTube channel. “These two guys are, say it with me, generational players. I have not covered a better wide receiver in my career than Marvin Harrison Jr. and I have not covered a better college quarterback than Caleb Williams.”

Williams has a Heisman Trophy under his belt and has been the projected No. 1 pick for a few years, and he is all but locked into the Bears at No. 1.

Harrison is facing competition from LSU standout Malik Nabers to be the first receiver off the board, but it’s unlikely he will fall out of the top 5.

These have always been the top two prospects in the draft, but in recent weeks many pundits have tried to poke holes in each of their draft stocks.

Klatt thinks all roads lead back to the same destination, and they’re still the top two.
