The Buffalo Bills lost their top two wide receivers in the offseason.
Gabe Davis wasn’t satisfied with his role, and he left to join the Jacksonville Jaguars.
As for Stefon Diggs, he outstayed his welcome and was eventually moved to the Houston Texans.
Of course, this sounded the alarm among the fan base, as the Bills are now pretty undermanned in their receiving corps.
Nonetheless, NFL Draft expert Mel Kiper Jr. isn’t that worried about this team.
Talking on ESPN’s Get Up, Kiper stated that it’s not like Diggs was the Bills’ go-to guy in the passing game anyways; Dalton Kincaid was.
“I don’t think the sky’s falling in Buffalo not having Stefon Diggs.”

He thought that Kincaid was spectacular, adding that Khalil Shakir also earned Josh Allen’s confidence.
Kiper also believes the Bills are in a solid position to get more help in the NFL Draft.
He believes they could look to trade up to get one of the best wide receivers in the class, but even if they don’t, they could have plenty of options available.
Kiper pointed at the likes of Brian Thomas Jr., Adonai Mitchell, or Xavier Legette as potential targets for Sean McDermott’s team.
The fact of the matter is that the Bills needed to move on from Diggs.
He wasn’t happy or comfortable there anymore, and his relationship with Josh Allen clearly wasn’t in a good place.
Also, with their complicated salary-cap situation, it was about time before they had to clean house.
