The Buffalo Bills recently made one of the most significant moves of the offseason by trading away Stefon Diggs to the Houston Texans.
While there were rumors of Diggs being unhappy with his role in the organization, the majority of people assumed he would stay with the team.
With Diggs’ departure in mind, the Bills are a likely candidate to take a receiver in the upcoming draft.
The depth chart at receiver took a massive fall-off after Diggs, leaving Josh Allen without a bonafide WR1.
While the Bills haven’t necessarily tipped their hand as to which receiver they would like to move forward with, Jordan Schultz’s latest report might give an indication of who they are considering.
Schultz highlighted the Bills’ recent top 30 visit with Xavier Worthy ahead of his meeting with the Indianapolis Colts.

Worthy broke the record for the fastest 40-yard dash time in the Combine, an indication of the impact he can have on the football field.
While the 40 isn’t the only indicator of success in the league, it is a metric that many coaches and scouts take heed of when looking at a prospect’s overall profile.
Allen hasn’t had many deep threats during his time in Buffalo, and if the team is serious about adding a player like Worthy, it could go a long way in the development of this team over the next several years.
