The 2024 NFL Draft is almost here.

With the big event slated to occur in the coming days, there continues to be a lot of speculation and drama about where players will end up.

Fans and analysts alike tend to make mock drafts, trying to predict and be right about where players will end up.

Steve Smith Sr. recently appeared on the NFL on ESPN, where he gave a ranking of the top receivers in the class in his eyes.

Smith did land on Malik Nabers as his top receiver in the class but indicated that it was a close call between him and the other top two options.

“I’m just picking one based on picking,” Smith said.

He also said, “All three of these guys, Nabers, Rome, Harrison, are luxury vehicles.”

As an analyst, Smith Sr. is asked to make a decision about his No. 1 receiver in the class.

In his mind, it doesn’t seem to matter if it’s Rome Odunze, Malik Nabers, or Marvin Harrison Jr.

He believes that all three players will make a big impact on whichever NFL team ends up drafting them and that this year’s draft class of receivers should be one of the best in recent history.

There are several other receivers on the board who are also highly touted, which could make for loaded first and second rounds.

Landing spots will be key for these top players, and if they get connected with the right quarterback in the right system, there’s no telling how high this team’s ceiling could be.
