In many ways, Monday night’s game against the Denver Nuggets is do or die for the Los Angeles Lakers.
The team is eager, desperate in fact, to even the series and win a game in Denver before heading back to Los Angeles later this week.
If they lose, some people believe they’re as good as done for this postseason.
On Monday’s “Undisputed,” Keyshawn Johnson listed a number of ways that the Lakers need to be better in Game 2.
He said that D’Angelo Russell needs to play better, Rui Hachimura needs to get more shots, and LeBron James needs to be more consistent for all four quarters.
With that being said, Johnson believes that the Lakers will pull out a Game 2 victory on Monday night.

The stakes are very high for this game and the Lakers have to do a lot to secure a win.
Russell certainly does need to play better, while other stars like Hachimura and Austin Reaves need to attempt to produce more from the floor.
As for James, he needs to keep his energy high from the very start to the very end of the game.
Some people criticized his performance in Game 1, saying he seemed out of energy in the third quarter and beyond.
Of course, he was doing a lot for his team so his diminished results are understandable.
But none of that can fly in Game 2 and the team has to be better in just about every single way.
If the Lakers can tie the series on Monday night, they will be in a good position before Game 3.
But if they aren’t able to right their wrongs and get on track, the playoffs – and this season – could essentially be over.
