Darvin Ham’s tenure in charge of the Los Angeles Lakers has left plenty to be desired.
Despite having two of the best players in the game and plenty of depth, this team has struggled to find consistency ever since he took the reins, not even having a steady starting lineup by the 50-game mark in the regular season.
Ham has often been exposed when he goes against savvier and more knowledgeable tacticians, with Mike Malone being the perfect example.
That’s why former NFL player Willie Colon thought it was ’embarrassing’ to see Ham claimed that he had ‘cracked the code’ when the Lakers finally beat them in Game 4.
“Darvin Ham saying that he cracked the code is embarrassing.”

Talking on The Carton Show, Colon argued that that’s just not the kind of say when you’re in that position.
The Lakers are facing a 3-1 deficit, and the series will head back to Mile High.
Following their loss in Game 1, Ham claimed that the Lakers didn’t want to use all of their adjustments on Nikola Jokic right away as if he were saving them for later in the series.
So, as much as he may have finally beaten them once, perhaps they’re not in a position to talk that way.
The Lakers are on the brink of elimination again, and barring a miracle or a major turn of events, all signs point at Ham not being there next season, especially as it seems he doesn’t have LeBron James’ trust or respect.
