LeBron James Speaks Out About His NBA Future

The Los Angeles Lakers have done absolutely everything they can to keep LeBron James happy and on board.

Granted, he didn’t seem too happy with Darvin Ham, but firing him mid-season may not have been the wisest decision, as there weren’t many suitable replacements.

Other than that, the Lakers have always talked about their desire to keep James on board until he walks way from the game, regardless of when that’ll be.

Even so, for the second year in a row, the 21-year veteran has made the rounds for his comments about retirement.

Following another tough loss to the Denver Nuggets, he talked about how important family was to him and how he would take some time to make a decision.

Of course, that fueled plenty of speculation on social media, which is why he took to Twitter to clear the air on that situation, adding that he would assess his options before making an announcement.

James did the same thing after being swept last season, just to create a big buzz when he took the stage at the ESPYs to announce he was coming back.

The Lakers will most likely give him an opportunity not only to stay put in Los Angeles and be with his family but also to actually team up with his firstborn on the court.
