After seven incredible seasons with the Minnesota Vikings to start his NFL career, superstar wide receiver Randy Moss landed with the then-Oakland Raiders in what was initially thought to be a game-changing move for the struggling franchise.

Unfortunately for the Raiders, Moss wasn’t a good fit in Oakland as he became unhappy very quickly and wanted out of what turned out to be a bad situation for him and the rest of his playing career.

Ultimately, the Raiders granted his wish to be traded by moving him to the New England Patriots, where he ended up resurrecting his career, becoming superstar quarterback Tom Brady’s favorite target in the passing game.

Brady and Moss proved to be a dynamic duo and one of the best quarterback-receiver pairings in NFL history, but it almost didn’t happen, with former Green Bay Packers executive Andrew Brandt claiming the team tried to bring him back to the NFC North division, via the “Ross Tucker Podcast.”

Obviously, if Moss had landed with the Packers, his career would’ve looked much different.

He could’ve become Brett Favre’s favorite target downfield and potentially won a Super Bowl title in Green Bay.

There’s no telling if he would’ve hit it off with Favre on the Packers, but if they got on the same page, they would’ve been a scary sight for any opposing defense.

Ultimately, Moss did have a decent run with Brady and almost pulled off the perfect season with a Super Bowl title if it hadn’t been for Eli Manning and the New York Giants playing spoiler.
