The Denver Nuggets are far from the team they’ve usually been right now.
They didn’t look like themselves in Game 2, pouting, complaining, and with the body language of a team that knew it was beaten.
Nonetheless, that doesn’t mean they deserve all of the blame for what went down.
Per Draymond Green, the Minnesota Timberwolves should also get plenty of credit, as what happened in Game 2 wasn’t a fluke at all.
In the latest edition of his podcast, the former Defensive Player of the Year stated that the Timberwolves were for real.

More than that, he believes that the Nuggets are in serious trouble right now, and it goes way beyond being down 0-2 in the series.
Green believes that the Timberwolves snatched their confidence away, adding that the Nuggets will now travel to Minnesota doubting whether they can compete with them.
And while they might be able to get a win on the road, Green isn’t so sure about their chances in this series after everything that has transpired.
Belief is huge when it comes to the playoffs.
The Nuggets had played with the swagger and confidence of a team that had been there and done that and that knew they were capable of beating every single opponent that came across them.
That’s not the same team that took the floor in Game 2, and things could get ugly very fast if they don’t hit the ground running and get off to a strong start in Game 3.
