Charles Oakley is one of the toughest guys in NBA history.
His physicality and the way he literally intimidated opposing players granted him a bit of a reputation around the league.
The years have gone by, and he continues to stand tall regardless of who’s coming at him.
That’s why, as much as he would love to be at Madison Square Garden to root for the New York Knicks during this postseason run, that’s just not going to happen (via New York Basketball).
“I guess their lawyer called my lawyer saying it’s a good time to come back to the Garden…I think it’s a bad time…They’ve got to apologize”

In a recent article by the Associated Press, the rebounding machine made it loud and clear that he had no intention whatsoever of going back to the Garden unless team owner James Dolan issued him a formal apology.
Oakley was arrested in 2017 after an incident with MSG security officials who tried to remove him from his seat.
He was cleared of misdemeanor assault charges the following year, and he brought assault and battery claims against the Knicks’ owner.
Oakley has been very vocal in his criticism of Dolan, who’s been deemed one of the worst owners in professional sports for years now.
Knicks fans have urged Dolan to sell the team over and over, and he’s had a zero-tolerance policy with his detractors, even reportedly using facial recognition to get his critics away and banned from the premises.
