The Boston Celtics just won a five-game series against the Cleveland Cavaliers, bringing them back to the Eastern Conference Finals for the third time in four years.

This team is accustomed to success in the early stages of the playoffs but hasn’t won a ring since 2008.

Many fans and analysts believe that this roster could accomplish a title, especially given the star power they have atop the roster.

Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown have become one of the best duos in the NBA, creating a matchup nightmare for many teams in the league.

As Brown and Tatum prepare to face off against the winner of the New York Knicks and the Indiana Pacers, Brown is able to rest easy knowing he has some extra cash in his pocket.

According to Bobby Marks via Legion Hoops on Twitter, Brown received a bonus worth $369,000 when the Celtics clinched a spot in the conference finals.

With any luck, this extra cash will propel Brown forward, knowing that he was a big contributor to the team’s success to this point.

Will the Celtics find a way to get back to the NBA Finals and finish the job?

That remains to be seen.

For now, they’ll await the winner of the Knicks-Pacers series, having extra time to prepare for both potential matchups.

The Knicks and Pacers each have their own strengths, but with the overall firepower of the Celtics, it might be difficult to take them down in a seven-game series.

Only time will tell what will transpire.
