The NBA Finals are just around the corner.

The Boston Celtics have already secured their spot on the biggest stage in the basketball world, and the Dallas Mavericks are just one win away from doing the same.

The Minnesota Timberwolves aren’t an easy opponent, and they’re not the kind of team you want to face when they have their backs against the wall.

Nonetheless, with this kind of advantage, Skip Bayless just doesn’t see the Mavericks losing Game 4.

Talking on “Undisputed,” the controversial pundit predicted that the Mavs would make a statement and “win convincingly” on Tuesday night.

He claimed that, with Dereck Lively II out with an injury, he expects Karl-Anthony Towns to finally have a good game in the Western Conference Finals, adding that the Mavs would miss Lively on both ends of the floor.

Still, he thinks Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving will play out of their minds to secure this win, as it would give them nine full days to rest and get healthy.

He knows the Mavericks don’t want to extend the series and go back to Minnesota, and they can’t afford to give this team any sort of life.

Doncic has played through a knee injury, and both Maxi Kleber and Lively could be back on the floor soon, which is why getting some rest will be crucial for Jason Kidd’s team.

It won’t be easy, and the Timberwolves should be able to put up a big fight to stave off elimination, but the Mavs know the job is not done yet.
