Everyone is wondering what Paul George of the Los Angeles Clippers will do this summer.
Will he remain with the team despite their repeated disappointments in the playoffs or will he instead try his luck with a new franchise?
Jay Williams thinks it’s time for George to move on and has a perfect destination for him: the Philadelphia 76ers.
“I love Kawhi, but if you’re not available, what position does that put me in if I want to win championships?” Williams said on “Get Up,” via NBACentral.

George has to make a decision: does he want to remain loyal to the Clippers or attempt to win a championship?
While he can technically achieve both goals at the same time, it seems less and less likely that the Clippers are going all the way to the Finals any time soon.
The team continually comes up short and injuries have plagued them for years now.
They cannot stay healthy and an unhealthy team just simply cannot win a title.
George has spent several years with the Clippers, often considered the second-best player on the team behind Kawhi Leonard.
As great as playing with Leonard is, George is no closer to winning a championship and the Clippers seem to be stuck in a holding pattern.
That means that this summer may be the right time to get a new deal with another team.
The Sixers have their fair share of problems too, but they are considered in a better position to win a championship.
The combination of George and Joel Embiid could be incredible and could shake up the Eastern Conference.
George and the Clippers have some big choices to make and time is running out to make them.
