He pointed out that the Dolphins are just 4-10 in December and January in the Mike McDaniel era, and the team has addressed their winter struggles earlier in the offseason.

Wolfe believes the team has choked late in the season, adding that they don’t want to be just ‘a video-game type of team.’

The Dolphins have the best wide receiver duo in the game with Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle, and they’ve been quite exciting to watch since McDaniel took over.

The weather has been an issue for Tua Tagovailoa throughout the course of his career, and the Dolphins need to put him in a position to succeed by taking care of business early in the season and securing home-field advantage in the playoffs.

Not winning a playoff game again with this kind of roster should be considered underachieving, and even though McDaniel has done a solid job with the team, it would be hard to envision him holding onto his job if that happens again in 2024.
