The New York Knicks season is over, but there are still plenty of sports to enjoy in the Big Apple.
If not, just ask Julius Randle.
The Knicks big man was spotted at Yankee Stadium watching the New York Yankees take on the Minnesota Twins (via SNY Knicks).

Randle wasn’t able to be on the court to close out the season, and they clearly missed him and his scoring punch vs. the Indiana Pacers.
However, given how well they finished the campaign without him, some have wondered whether they should look to keep him around for the long run.
Should that be the case, then chances are the Knicks would have to sign him to a contract extension.
Even if that’s not the case, they could sign him and then use his salary to trade him.
There’s a case to be made either way.
Randle is a 20-points-per-game kind of scorer on any given night, and the Knicks don’t have anybody else who can create his own shot besides Jalen Brunson and perhaps Alec Burks.
On the other hand, he’s a bit of a one-trick pony who usually struggles in the playoffs and is rarely a factor on defense.
The Knicks have more than enough assets to go after at least another star in the offseason, whether it’s via trade or in free agency.
So, they’ll have to assess Randle’s situation quite carefully and thoroughly and determine what to do with his big contract.
In the meantime, he’s going to continue enjoying life in the city that doesn’t sleep.
