The Buffalo Bills made a surprising move at the beginning of the offseason by trading away Stefon Diggs to the Houston Texans.

Diggs was seemingly frustrated with the organization, and while he was a valued member of their offense last season, he wanted to go elsewhere.

While the Bills made sure to accommodate Diggs’ wishes, they had to find a way to replace his level of production.

They responded by drafting Keon Coleman with the 33rd pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, a potential sign that he’ll have a big role in this offense moving forward.

Coleman is a highly touted prospect, as evidenced by Mike Norvell’s recent comments about him on the Jim Rome Show.

“He’s a human highlight,” Norvell said.

Norvell believes that Coleman will be a great NFL athlete, especially given what he was able to accomplish during his collegiate career.

Coleman certainly showcased his big-play abilities at FSU, and if he can keep that momentum going in the NFL, there’s no telling what his career ceiling could be.

Having Josh Allen as his quarterback is a great step in the right direction, as Allen is one of the best young quarterbacks in the league.

The Bills have also proven to be a playoff-caliber team in the Allen era, and if that trend continues, Coleman could gain a lot of valuable postseason experience early on in his career.

The AFC will be a battle if recent seasons are any indication, and teams like the Bills need to find any possible advantage they can to get ahead.
