Heading into the 2023 NFL season, the Baltimore Ravens had put together an intimidating and high-powered offense, with superstar quarterback Lamar Jackson leading the way for head coach John Harbaugh.
Along with signing superstar wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. in NFL free agency, the Ravens were able to get their hands on rookie wideout Zay Flowers during the NFL Draft, which gave them a huge boost offensively and another target for Jackson downfield.
Flowers had a solid rookie year in Baltimore and quickly became one of Jackson’s favorite targets in the passing game, as the first-year wide receiver caught 77 passes for 858 receiving yards and five touchdowns.
With Flowers proving his worth right out of the gate for the Ravens, he’ll likely be the team’s top receiver heading into the 2024 campaign, with Baltimore letting Beckham walk in free agency, as he chose to sign with the Miami Dolphins.
According to Carita Parks of Double Take Sports, Flowers wants to be more of a leader in the locker room next season.

With the sky being the limit for Flowers in Baltimore, the second-year pro could be in for a big year in 2024, as Jackson will likely look to him more and more as long as he proves he can consistently be a force to be reckoned with in the passing game on a weekly basis.
Along with Flowers getting an increased role next season, the Ravens also brought in superstar running back Derrick Henry, which will make the offense that much more dynamic and one of the best in the NFL come Week 1.
