The Dallas Mavericks will take the floor for Game 2, hoping to have a much better outing vs. the Boston Celtics.
They looked outhustled in the first game of the NBA Finals, and they will have a tough time bouncing back on the road.
Fortunately for them, it seems like they’ll be at full strength for this matchup, as there’s only one player listed on the injury report ahead of Game 2, and you know he’s not going to miss the game.
According to Joey Mistretta of ClutchPoints, Luka Doncic (right knee sprain, left ankle soreness), is probable for tonight’s matchup.

That means that Kristaps Porzingis didn’t experience any sort of setback during his return after five weeks on the sidelines with a calf injury.
Doncic has been dealing with this knee injury since the end of the regular season, but other than one bad game vs. the Los Angeles Clippers, he hasn’t been slowing down by any means.
If anything, he needs Kyrie Irving to be more aggressive and help him shoulder some of the load offensively, as he struggled mightily with his shot in the first game of the series.
