Kendrick Perkins Reacts To Being Unfollowed By LeBron James

Ever since he made his debut on television, Kendrick Perkins’ NBA takes have been quite LeBron James-centric.

He’s found ways to sneak him into almost every debate or conversation, trying to make him look good and even acknowledging him as the greatest player to ever do it.

Earlier in his career as an analyst, some fans even called him out for that, as it seemed biased and forced at times.

That’s why it’s so interesting to see a sudden turn of events regarding that.

Recently, Perkins called LeBron out for ‘weaseling’ his way into somebody else’s moment, criticizing him for trying to make Kyrie Irving’s return to the NBA Finals about him instead of allowing him to enjoy his moment (via Barstool Sports).

“Here we go again, Lebron weaseling his way into somebody else’s moment…

This is not about you, Your team is at home”

Clearly, those comments didn’t sit well with the four-time NBA champion, who unfollowed him on Twitter shortly after.

However, Perkins didn’t bat an eye about that either, simply stating that everybody didn’t follow Jesus, so he should be fine.

James reportedly went on an unfollowing spree and Perkins didn’t make the cut.

Perhaps something happened behind closed doors; perhaps James simply didn’t like Perkins’ comments about him.

Whether he was trying to make things about him or not is not for us to debate, but he does have a tendency to pursue attention when he’s not the most talked-about player in the league.

Whatever the case, one thing’s for sure: Kendrick Perkins won’t lose any sleep about another grown man unfollowing him on social media, not even LeBron James.
