After a fantastic first year in Green Bay as the full-time starter, Jordan Love is entering a contract year.
After sitting and learning behind the legendary Aaron Rodgers for the first three years of his career, Love took the Packers to the playoffs in 2023.
Currently, he and the team are working on a big deal that should keep him on Lombardi Avenue for the foreseeable future.
While recently speaking with the Green Bay media, Love wasn’t willing to divulge much information on his ongoing contract talks other than that he is optimistic about getting a deal done.
“It’s just what I’ve heard…I like being in the mix. That’s that,” Love said, per Ryan Wood.

Love proved that he is ready to take the reins as a franchise quarterback.
He finished second in the league in touchdown passes (32) and guided Green Bay to a playoff upset victory on the road against the 12-win Dallas Cowboys.
This is his team now, and he is prepared to guide this team farther.
With the addition of All-Pro running back Josh Jacobs and the growth of the team’s young wide receivers, this offense can pose a real threat on any given Sunday, Monday, or Thursday.
With Green Bay’s tough loss after leading in the divisional round against the 49ers on the road, they are hungrier than ever.
Anything appears to be possible with Love at the helm.
