The Boston Celtics are officially one game away from winning the NBA Finals.

Many thought they were going to sweep the Dallas Mavericks, but they ended up stealing Game 4 in Dallas.

Thankfully for Boston fans, they could have an opportunity to watch the team seal the deal at home.

While it is exciting for a team to win the Finals in any location, clinching it at home is that much more special.

Plus, with Boston being such a historic sports city, clinching the title there has that much more meaning.

Jaylen Brown recently talked about what it’s like to play for the Celtics in an interview shared by ClutchPoints on Twitter.

“It’s definitely a blessing to be here… Boston is special,” Brown said.

Brown seems appreciative of playing in the city of Boston, especially since the team is playing so well at this point in the season.

It doesn’t hurt that Brown is likely on his way to winning Finals MVP, pending a massive Game 5 from one of his teammates, namely, Jayson Tatum.

Tatum was said to be the team’s biggest star coming into the playoffs, but to this point, it has been Brown who makes a more significant impact on the box score.

Brown was the Western Conference Finals MVP due to his dominant performances throughout the series, which gave him even more confidence heading into the Finals.

This team has been built on the backs of their superstars, and to this point in the playoffs, it appears that this strategy has worked out.
