The Boston Celtics can’t afford this series to go to six games.
They missed a big opportunity to finish the job and secure their championship last week, and they can’t make the same mistakes in Game 5.
All things considered, they should be more than capable of taking care of business and clinching their title on Monday night.
Nonetheless, NBA analyst — and diehard Celtics fan — Bill Simmons isn’t so sure about that.
He recently admitted that he was more nervous than most people, as Luka Doncic seems to be getting into a rhythm.

Still, he also has faith in his team.
He claimed that he doesn’t think Jrue Holiday is going to have two bad games in a row, adding that even his defense seemed off in Game 4, so he expects him to bounce back in Game 5.
Multiple teams have been in this position.
As hard as it is to jump to a big lead in the NBA Finals, it’s even harder to close things out.
The Celtics were so close to the Larry O’Brien trophy that they could actually taste it, but you just cannot take a night off in the playoffs, and especially not against a team featuring the likes of Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving.
Joe Mazzulla and his troops have had more than enough time to restore their bodies, regroup, and plan ahead of this potential championship-clinching matchup, knowing that they just cannot allow this series to go back to Dallas.
