The Baltimore Ravens made the big move to sign All-Pro running back Derrick Henry earlier this offseason to a multi-year deal.
This offense now has a two-time MVP quarterback under center in Lamar Jackson and arguably the best NFL running back of the last seven or eight years.
Former NFL wide receiver and current Fox Sports analyst Plaxico Burress believes that this quarterback-running back duo is the best in the league.
“I think they would be No. 1 from a pure running back, quarterback standpoint,” Burress recently said on The Carton Show.

Starting with Jackson, outside of Aaron Rodgers and Patrick Mahomes, there hasn’t been a more productive quarterback to watch in recent years.
In the last five years, he won those aforementioned two MVPs (2019, 2023) while Rodgers (2020, 2021) and Mahomes (2022) combined to win the other three.
On the ground, Jackson may be considered to be arguably the greatest running quarterback in NFL history.
In 2019, he set the single-season rushing record for quarterbacks (1,206).
He has a career passer rating of 98.0 and has proven to be arguably the most dangerous offensive player in the game.
Henry is also one of the best at his position.
The former Offensive Player of the Year has rushed for over 9,500 yards in just eight seasons (all with Tennessee).
He has five 1,000-yard rushing seasons in his career, including one 2,000-yard season (2020).
The former Heisman winner has recorded over 1,000 scrimmage yards and 10+ total touchdowns in each of the last six seasons.
Pairing him and Jackson together could very well be a homerun move for this franchise.
