Paul George will have to make some big decisions this summer.
He will have to decide if he wants to remain with the Los Angeles Clippers or try his luck with another team.
For months, there have been rumors of George signing with the Philadelphia 76ers in the offseason and Kendrick Perkins believes he should do that, no matter how uncomfortable it makes him.
On Friday’s “First Take,” Perkins said that George will have to work through the discomfort of leaving his hometown in order to possibly win a championship with the Sixers.

George is from the Los Angeles region and would like to spend the rest of his career there.
But if he wants to win his first title, he may have to leave California and head to another team.
Perkins believes that the 76ers are in a better position than the Clippers and feels they could take on just about anyone in the Eastern Conference, except perhaps the champion Boston Celtics.
George could be setting himself up for great success if he packed his bags and headed across the country to Philadelphia, but it would definitely take him far from home and away from his friends and family.
He has spent the last few years with the Clippers but that team continually comes up short.
Hopes were incredibly high for the team last season because they were healthy for the first time in years and James Harden added a lot to the roster.
But, once again, things fell apart in the postseason and the team wasn’t able to capitalize on all their talent.
That means George’s time in Los Angeles may be over but where will he head next?
