Carmelo Anthony has secured a spot for himself in New York Knicks history and Julius Randle might do the same in the future.

Both players spoke about playing for the Knicks and the loyal fanbase on the latest episode of “7PM in Brooklyn” and they had huge praise for the city.

They noted that they both had a strong desire to win a championship for the city and the diehard fans who stick it out through thick and thin.

Anthony and Randle also agreed on how painful it is to fall short of their goals.

Finally, Randle said that the fans in New York are incredibly welcoming and supportive, despite what some people say.

Randle talked about how hard it was for him to sit on the sidelines and see his team do well in the playoffs this year.

He wanted to help them achieve great things and it was torturous to be prohibited because of an injury.

Many Knicks fans were supremely disappointed that Randle couldn’t play and some felt he could have provided enough to take them to the Eastern Conference Finals.

But Randle assured fans that he is eager to stick around in New York and ready to get back into the swing of things next season.

There has been some curiosity about Randle’s future with New York but his appearance on this show proves that he wants to remain with the Knicks if they want to have him.

As for Anthony, he is now retired but still roots for the Knicks and is hailed as a hero in the city.
