French youngsters are taking the NBA by storm.
Just one year after Victor Wembanyama went No. 1 overall and shocked the basketball world in his rookie season, two of his compatriots are ready to do the same.
Now, with Zaccharie Risacher and Alex Sarr going No. 1 and No. 2, respectively, and Tidjane Salaun going No. 6, France has officially become the first non-US country to produce three top-10 picks in a single NBA Draft class (via NBA).

USA scouts might be wondering what they’re feeding youngsters out there, as they’re coming up with seven-footers as if they grew on trees.
French basketball has a bright future ahead of them.
This new wave of players is cerebral, and they get the job done on both ends of the floor.

The rest of the world is catching up with the U.S., and don’t be shocked if more international prospects keep making their way to the top of the draft in the next decade.
