The 2024 Olympics don’t start for a few more weeks but Team USA is getting together and preparing for a hard, long march to a gold medal.

The first player to arrive at Team USA’s training camp was Steph Curry of the Golden State Warriors.

Curry’s arrival was documented by TheWarriorsTalk on Twitter, who shared a video of Curry looking excited and ready to get to work as he wandered through a Las Vegas hotel.

Decked out in his own brand of hoodie and cap, Curry spoke about how eager he was to get started and bring home the gold for his country.

Curry and the rest of Team USA will be at training camp ahead of a warmup game against Canada on July 10.

In the days ahead, other players such as LeBron James, Anthony Davis, Kevin Durant, Devin Booker, Anthony Edwards, Jayson Tatum, and more will arrive and start to prepare for the Paris games.

Curry has done a lot during his historic career but he’s never appeared in the Olympics.

However, he has been a member of Team USA before, playing during the World Cup.

Being in the Olympics is a completely different experience and it gives Curry and his teammates a chance to achieve a level of success that is unlike any other.

This will likely be Curry’s first and only time at the Olympics.

Like James and Durant, the 36-year-old star will probably be too old to participate in the 2028 games.

But Curry’s sole Olympics experience will probably be a great one, especially because of the teammates he has.
