Paul George has been in the NBA for 14 years now but wants to stick around for much longer.
Because of that, he is conferring with some of the most iconic players in league history in order to learn what it takes to stay healthy and capable of playing.
Talking to John Clark, NBA broadcaster Kevin Harlan revealed that George speaks with LeBron James and has been watching footage of Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant.
His goal is to “adjust his game at the age of 34 and help the Sixers in many different ways.”

George just signed a new deal with the Philadelphia 76ers and is hoping to finally claim his first championship ring with them.
But there are concerns because of his age.
He is only 34 years old but that is a tricky age for NBA stars, who rarely play in their late thirties.
George has suffered his fair share of injuries although he was able to participate in a robust 74 games last season.
This information from Harlan proves that George is focused on playing as long as possible and will do what it takes to remain healthy and vigorous as he approaches 40 years old.
If he wants to take pointers on this subject, he is wise to talk with James and study Jordan and Bryant.
All three of those men were able to seemingly slow down aging and overcome odds, continually putting up strong numbers as they got older.
That is the sort of player George wants to be.
He hopes that this new chapter of his career is the most successful one yet and wants to be ready to do all he can for the Sixers.
