Kevin Garnett Makes A Bold Claim About LeBron James

Kevin Garnett just gave some big praise to LeBron James, while also possibly casting shade at Draymond Green of the Golden State Warriors.

According to Courside Buzz, following James’ recent showing during a Team USA exhibition game against Canada, Garnett tweeted, “Lord! Bron could play 10 more years in a Draymond role!”

Is this a compliment for James or a dig at Green?

During Wednesday night’s game, James showed off his defensive skills with 3 steals and 1 block.

He also put up 7 points, 5 rebounds, and 3 assists.

That is on par what Green often does during his Warriors games.

The difference, of course, is that James is now 39 years old.

Some fans might feel that Garnett is critiquing Green by saying that a player near 40 years old will be able to play as well as him for the next ten years.

But others will state that this is just Garnett remarkig on how great James is.

He really is doing things that no other 39 year old ever has in the NBA.

His appearance in this year’s Olympics will be very interesting.

It’ll surely be his last time on such a big stage and it’ll give him a final chance to make his country proud and claim another gold medal.

He will then come home and start up another season with the Los Angeles Lakers.

But will nine more come after that?

It’s unlikely that James will play for ten more seasons, despite what Garnett said.

It’s also unlikely that Green will take offense to being compared to his close friend.
