Cooper Flagg has been talked about a lot because of his amazing work with Team USA’s select team.
The future draft pick did some terrific things when competing against LeBron James, Anthony Davis, and others in practice games before the Olympics.
He wasn’t the only young player on the select team and he was recently asked who his favorite teammate was.
According to a video shared by NBACentral, Flagg said that Brandin Podziemski of the Golden State Warriors was his preferred teammate because of his pace and the way that he plays.

Flagg got the most attention during the matches against Team USA but Podziemski also showed off impressive skills too.
This follows a great rookie season for Podziemski, who averaged 9.2 points and 5.8 rebounds for his Warriors.
Podziemski was so good, in fact, that he started in 28 of his 74 games and even got a starting spot over Klay Thompson at times.
The future looks very bright for Podziemski but it also looks great for Flagg too.
He was already considered the top prospect in the draft but his work with the select team made his star shine even brighter.
Flagg was able to truly compete against a few of the biggest stars of the league, defending and shooting with a set of skills that will work marvelously in the NBA.
It is just a matter of time before he is making a lot of noise in the league.
Flagg and Podziemski obviously grew closer during their time together on the select team.
In a few years, they will probably be competing against each other.
