The Cleveland Browns have high hopes and expectations for the upcoming campaign.
They made the playoffs despite having four different starting quarterbacks last season.
Needless to say, the bar is now higher, as Deshaun Watson had his best game as a Brown before suffering that season-ending injury and he’s going to be back to full strength in 2024.
Add Jerry Jeudy, Nick Chubb’s return, and a championship-caliber defense to that mix, and it’s easy to understand why Browns fans are so optimistic right now.
Notably, even Watson likes his chances this season.
That’s why, when given a championship ring by one of the many teams he hosted for his annual 7-on-7 camp, he promised to give them all Super Bowl rings in return at the end of the season (via Camryn Justice).
#Browns QB Deshaun Watson held his annual 7-on-7 Tournament with over 300 athletes from 16 local teams—including Glenville, who surprised Watson at his tournament with his own state championship ring.

Of course, that’s a big promise to make, and one that he hopes doesn’t backfire.
Truth be told, the Browns have the resources they need to get the job done.
They’re well-coached, have a strong special teams unit, and they made a potentially impactful move by giving him another pass-catcher and a different offensive coordinator.
However, the road to the Super Bowl will be particularly tough in the AFC, especially with the defending champions Kansas City Chiefs looking to win the first-ever Super Bowl three-peat.
