The Chicago Bears might be on the verge of a special season or two with former Heisman winner Caleb Williams taking the reins at quarterback.
The No. 1 overall pick in April’s NFL Draft, along with the other talented skills players, has analysts and fans alike believing that the Bears could be a playoff team.
Former NFL player and Fox Sports host Emmanuel Acho believes Chicago can certainly be a playoff team in 2024.
“My realistic expectations are for the Bears to make the playoffs,” Acho recently said on Speak.

Chicago may have an uphill battle in terms of playoff contention this season.
They are playing in a tough NFC North that saw both the Detroit Lions and the Green Bay Packers exchange blows en route to deep playoff runs.
As Acho illustrated on Speak, the NFC conference might be a little weaker than the AFC.
Assuming either the Lions or Packers win the NFC North, there could be four or five realistic teams fighting for three wildcard spots.
Teams such as the Los Angeles Rams, Dallas Cowboys, a few teams from the NFC South, etc. could all be wildcard teams if they can’t win their respective divisions.
Now, with a very young roster in place, the Bears are going to have to win key games down the stretch.
Talented offensive players like Williams, Pro Bowl wide receiver Keenan Allen, first-round wide receiver Rome Odunze, and 1,000-yard pass-catcher D.J. Moore are going to have to take this offense to another level if they hope to set themselves apart and make it to late-January.
