When training camps open up across the NFL, players tend to usually show a lot of excitement when they take the field.

Down in Houston, training camp has started and the players are all fired up to get going, perhaps a little too fiery.

A recent video has surfaced showing a fight breaking out between the players.

Former first-round pick Derek Stingley Jr. appeared to shove starting tight end Dalton Schultz to the ground.

It is unknown what caused the scuffle and what kinds of words were exchanged.

Now, seeing this kind of fire from the players can mean one of two things.

They are either too emotional and immature to handle being together, or they are very passionate about the game and are trying to build off of last season’s success.

By the looks of what head coach DeMeco Ryan did last season with this group, the answer is likely the second option.

This Houston team finished with 10 wins and earned a playoff victory for the first time since 2019.

They are looking to build off of that success, which is why tensions and emotions could be running high.

It will be up to star players such as Pro Bowl quarterback C.J. Stroud, All-Pro wide receiver Stefon Diggs, Pro Bowl left tackle Laremy Tunsil, along with Pro Bowl edge-rushers Will Anderson Jr. and Danielle Hunter to rally this team.

If they can focus less on getting into scuffles with each other and more on building each other up, they have the talent to compete with the best in the AFC.
