Every year, the NFL releases a list of their Top 100 players in the league, which is voted on by executives.
To some athletes, this list doesn’t mean a thing, and to others, it’s a massive deal.
There are plenty of other lists released throughout the offseason, ranking different positions and skill groups.
A list of the top-10 cornerbacks was recently released, and Trevon Diggs was not on it.
Executives and personnel around the league were surveyed, as reporter Todd Archer pointed out on Twitter.
Archer shared a few of Diggs’ thoughts on this snub, who said, “I feel like I’m in a league of my own. There’s nobody that can do what I do. There’s that nobody that can do what Bland does. I feel like we’re in a league of our own. We don’t care about no list.”

Diggs believes that he is among the best corners in the league despite not being put on the list.
A list can only say so much, and for the most part, they are opinion-based.
His stats might say one thing, but if the people who were polled had a different opinion of Diggs than he has of himself, they might not have voted for him.
Diggs seems ready to let his play do the talking in the 2024 season, hoping to prove his doubters wrong.
This extra boost of energy could turn out to be a good thing for the Dallas Cowboys, who are trying to take the next step as an organization and make it back to a Super Bowl.
