If something isn’t broken, you shouldn’t fix it, especially if you’ve been the team to beat in the NFL for two years in a row.
However, Andy Reid isn’t the kind of guy who just does the same thing over and over, as he’s constantly looking to tweak everything to be better.
Things could change again in 2024.
When asked about UDFA RB Carson Steele and how he’s fared thus far in training camp, the renowned coach sounded quite impressed with him (via Sports Radio 810 WHB).

The future Hall of Fame coach has been impressed with Steele’s versatility, stating that he’s not ‘really a fullback’ because he can do a little bit of everything.
The UCLA product has gotten snaps with the first, second, and third-team offense.
He got reps lining up at fullback and in short-yardage situations.
Steele is a tackle-breaking machine.
He’s strong, stout, and tough, and he’s proven to be a solid pass-blocker as well, and he’s turned plenty of heads during training camp.
The reigning Super Bowl champions will definitely look to add more juice to their disappointing offense from last season, and they’ve always favored overachievers who work harder than everybody else, so don’t be shocked if Steele carves himself out a role on this team.
