Patrick Beverley has become a legendary figure in NBA circles.
His NBA career is certainly noteworthy, but he’s started to make a name for himself in the podcasting game.
Fans seem to like and respect what he has to say, which is why many tuned into the Twitter clip shared by MFFL Nation.
Beverley was recently asked about the toughest player he was tasked with guarding and indicated that Luka Doncic takes the cake.
As he told Udonis Haslem and Mike Miller on the OGs Show, “Luka… I’m talking about nothing I can do. That year what he did to me in the playoffs, I took that sh– all summer on the chin… Just bigger and he flops,” Beverley said.

Doncic, of course, is viewed as one of the best players in the NBA.
In many respects, he has dominated the competition throughout his time in the league.
Having experience as an international athlete has certainly helped his cause, but Doncic still needs to put out strong, high-octane performances.
It is evident that Beverley respects his game, and Doncic makes it nearly impossible for Beverley to guard him effectively.
Doncic is one of the hardest players in the league for defenses to match up against, as Beverley made abundantly clear in his interview.
He plays point guard, yet, his size and rebounding ability typically make teams choose where they are willing to give up points or additional opportunities by letting one of those aspects go on defense.
