The Houston Texans may have found their savior.
C.J. Stroud isn’t only admired and followed in Houston right now; he’s actually worshiped.
At least, that’s what it seems after watching a fan that photoshopped Stroud’s face dressed as God.
Notably, the Ohio State product — who happens to be quite religious — took notice of the pic, laughed it off, and signed it.

Stroud’s first season in the league was most definitely one for the ages.
If it wasn’t for that injury that kept him on the shelf for a couple of weeks, he would’ve undoubtedly finished with the greatest rookie season for a quarterback in NFL history.
Now, things are different.
He will no longer be a surprise; the rest of the league will know exactly what to prepare for.
Stroud will face the steep challenge of getting better and incorporating new things into his game to make sure he doesn’t hit a wall in his second season.
The Texans are walking on the clouds with their talented quarterback, and the moves they made this offseason show that they believe they can compete right away.
This team knows that they need to make the most of Stroud’s rookie contract to surround him with some elite talent.
If he keeps this up, he’s going to be next in line for a record-breaking deal sooner rather than later.
