It’s always fun to imagine how certain athletes would do if they decided to switch sports, especially at the Olympics where so many different sports are on display.
Seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady apparently wonders about this too and recently named what his ideal offense would look like if he were to build it from Team USA’s men’s basketball team.
When recently asked about his Team USA football lineup, Brady said that he’d put Jayson Tatum at quarterback, Joel Embiid and Anthony Davis at tight end, Anthony Edwards at running back, and LeBron James and Devin Booker at wide receiver.

It’s unclear if Tatum can throw a football, but he seems a bit too tall and skinny to play quarterback, though he would have no trouble seeing over the offensive line.
You’d ideally want a point guard at quarterback, so Jrue Holiday feels like the right size and demeanor to do the job.
LeBron played wide receiver in high school and given his ridiculous combination of size, speed, and power, many have often wondered how he would do in the NFL.
LeBron is one of few NBA players who could transition to football without having to gain a bunch of weight, though Anthony Edwards is nearly the same size as Derrick Henry and would be a lot of fun at running back.
Embiid at tight end would have to be reduced to a red-zone threat since he is too injury-prone and too slow to be tasked with running routes throughout an entire drive.
