The Buffalo Bills’ wide receivers corps could use a bit of a boost.

They do have a very promising rookie in Keon Coleman, but it never hurts to take a peak around and see if they can add more talent to the roster.

With that in mind, they’ve hosted former Tennessee Titans and New York Jets wide receiver Corey Davis for a workout, according to Field Yates of ESPN.

Here’s an interesting one: the Bills tried out former Titans and Jets WR Corey Davis. The former 5th overall pick in draft unretired after a year away and is now seeking a return to the league.

This was an interesting turn of events, as Davis announced his retirement from the league shortly after the 2022 season.

He hauled in just 32 receptions for 536 yards and two scores in his final campaign in the league, but the 29-year-old is now looking forward to coming back.

Perhaps, that desire to play just faded away with Zach Wilson at quarterback, and going from him to Josh Allen would be a massive upgrade, to say the least.

The Bills just placed Chase Claypool on Injured Reserve (IR) with a toe injury, and while Davis has been away from the game for a while, he’s still in great shape.

The former No. 5 pick entered the league with the Tennessee Titans, dominating in 2020 opposite AJ Brown and almost topping the 1,000-receiving yard mark.

He later signed a three-year deal with the New York Jets, playing the first two years of that deal.

In six years in the league, the former Western Michigan standout logged 273 receptions for 3,879 yards and 17 scores.
