The New Orleans Saints have the ultimate wild card on their roster.
For years, Taysom Hill was Sean Payton’s go-to guy whenever he was in need of a spark, a change, or some trickery.
He used him as a tight end, wide receiver, fullback, or quarterback.
That’s why Derek Carr believes he could literally play every position.
Talking to Kay Adams for her Up & Adams Show, Carr stated that Hill was the absolute best all-around football player he’s ever played with.

He believes he’s fast enough to play safety, jokingly adding that he might even ‘kill somebody’ if he got to play that position.
Hill makes more money than the average utility player, but he does more than them as well.
Truth be told, it’s odd to see that Sean Payton hasn’t traded for him yet, knowing how much he liked to get him on the field, regardless of the position.
Carr, on the other hand, better make sure to take a leap forward in his second season with the organization, as Hill could also be in the mix to take his spot if that’s not the case.
As of now, the Saints listed Jake Haener as QB2 and Spencer Rattler as QB3, with Hill as the fourth quarterback in the pecking order, but once again, he’s the kind of player who will always make his way to the field.
Hopefully, that won’t be the case, but it wouldn’t be shocking to see him under center for at least a couple of trick plays.
