As many other professional athletes do, New York Jets cornerback Sauce Gardner caught the golf bug this summer and has quickly become obsessed with the game.
He played for the first time in April of 2023 at a Cincinnati alumni tournament, and his obsession developed quickly from there and recently culminated in a purchase that makes every golfer envious.
Gardner shared a photo of his new golf simulator on X and captioned it with, “This might be my best investment.”

When you’re on a $38.7 million fully guaranteed contract, it’s actually irresponsible not to have a golf simulator in your house since a decent one won’t set you back more than a few thousand dollars, but Sauce’s setup looks a bit more pricey.
Unfortunately due to football, Sauce recently had to say goodbye to golf temporarily while he focuses on this upcoming New York Jets season, but it was clear in his message that his swing has come a long way and he takes this game seriously.

Installing a simulator in the house is a great way to scratch the itch and allow him to still enjoy his hobby during the tough days of the football grind, and by the time the season is over, his swing should look even better and he’ll be in midseason golf form just in time for Spring and Summer in New York.
The Jets close out the preseason with a battle against the New York Giants on Saturday before getting ready for a Week 1 matchup at the San Francisco 49ers.
