The Indianapolis Colts are a bit of a question mark right now.
Anthony Richardson has alternated big plays with not-so-good ones, and given his lack of experience and style of play, that might be the case all year long.
However, former NFL quarterback Chase Daniel believes some of his mistakes weren’t actually his fault.
He took to Twitter to point out how a tight end messed up a completion by moving out instead of staying focused on Richardson’s eyes, thus leading to a pick-six.
The pure athletic ability alone of Anthony Richardson should get you hyped for what his potential could be.
Absolute cannon of an arm if he can learn how to use it properly and if his WR’s/TE’s can get on the same page as him! pic.twitter.com/glifDjOZEz

Daniel believes Richardson’s athletic traits are remarkable and that he has a cannon for an arm.
Still, he needs to learn how to use it.
Richardson has the potential to be one of the most electrifying players to watch in the league.
The Colts have some solid weapons to make his life easier, and he’s being coached by a young, innovative, and creative modern coach like Shane Steichen.
This team managed to stay in contention for a postseason berth last season despite having Gardner Minshew start at quarterback for most of the campaign, so expectations are obviously a little higher this time around.
Granted, there will be plenty of growing pains along the way, and an inexperienced player like Richardson, who barely played in college and missed most of his rookie campaign, is obviously going to make plenty of mistakes.
But once he hits his stride and learns how to make the most of his traits, the rest of the league could be in a lot of trouble.
