The future may be uncertain for longtime talk show host and television personality Skip Bayless, as his time with FOX Sports has officially come to an end with the network shaking things up and getting rid of Undisputed, but that hasn’t stopped the 72-year-old from trying to stay active with current events in the sports world, namely everything that happens regarding Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James and the Dallas Cowboys.
Bayless’ fandom of the Cowboys is well known as he doesn’t shy away from it even though he’s supposed to have an objective opinion on things, but that hasn’t seemed to hurt his career, even though he’s currently out of work with no telling what he’ll be doing next if anything at all when it comes to sports coverage.
On Monday, the Cowboys made a move that had been long overdue, with the storied franchise finally coming to terms with superstar wide receiver CeeDee Lamb on a lucrative long-term deal that makes him one of the highest-paid players in the NFL at his position.
With Bayless being a diehard fan and unable to express his opinion on a talk show, he took to Twitter to express his thoughts about his team getting a deal done with arguably their best offensive player.
“I’ve said from the start, I’ll take CeeDee Lamb over Justin Jefferson any day or night,” Bayless said.

Bayless’ enthusiasm for the Cowboys avoiding any distraction with Lamb while securing his future with the team is probably something fans of the storied franchise are ecstatic about right now, as they finally made a move that helps the squad moving forward.
As for Prescott, only time will tell what the future holds for him in Dallas, as he might not know his fate until after the 2024 NFL season.
