NFL legend and Colorado coach Deion Sanders has made the rounds again before the start of the season, and not for the best reasons.
He and his players will no longer take questions from Denver Post reporter Sean Keeler as he has been banned.
A statement referring to a series of ‘sustained, personal attacks’ was the reason why he was being banned.
With that in mind, renowned analyst Paul Finebaum didn’t hold back his thoughts on Sanders’ decision.
Talking on ESPN’s Get Up, Finebaum stated that Sanders’ behavior was ‘disgraceful,’ pointing out that he talks about love and values, yet acts like ‘a bully and a hypocrite.’

Finebaum admitted to being a huge fan of Sanders’ work, which is why he was so ‘mortified’ with his actions.
On top of that, he reminded everyone that he did the same during his days at Jackson State, so this has now become a trend.
Notably, Sanders’ contract states that he will only talk to ‘mutually agreed upon’ reporters, so he does have the power to ban Keeler or anybody else.
Even so, dealing with the media is a part of the job, and this is a bad example for the players he’s supposed to help grow as men.
