Besides being one of the best defensive players in the NFL during his playing days, Jason McCourty has also become one of the most prominent analysts since he walked away from the game.

Now, it seems like we’ll be seeing a lot more of him during the football season.

According to a report by The Athletic, the former player will join ESPN as a regular analyst on it’s studio shows.

Jason McCourty is joining ESPN as a regular analyst on its studio shows, including “Get Up,” “First Take” and “NFL Live,” sources tell @AndrewMarchand.

McCourty, 37, will also remain a full-time NFL analyst for CBS on game days.

He’ll now make regular appearances on First Take, NFL Live, and Get Up.

Moreover, the 37-year-old will continue to serve as a full-time NFL analyst on CBS.

He’ll work alongside Tiki Barber and Andrew Catalon there.

McCourty became very popular after his work on Good Morning Football.

Then again, he lives in New Jersey, and he decided not to make the cross-country travel with the show when it moved to Los Angeles, allegedly for cost-saving purposes.

McCourty spent 13 seasons in the league, winning one Super Bowl with the New England Patriots.

Notably, Jason’s twin brother, Devin, has also pursued a career as an analyst.

He’s serving as a panelist on NBC’s Football Night in America pregame show, and it’s nice to see former players getting an opportunity to share their insight and inside knowledge not only of the game but also of the locker room dynamics.
