Tyronn Lue believes in his team and is ready to show the world what the Los Angeles Clippers are capable of.
According to a quote from Ohm Youngmisuk, per Courtside Buzz, Lue is standing up for his team and believes they will “prove everybody wrong” in the new season.
“When you lose a guy of Paul George’s stature, instantly people think, ‘Oh they can’t win or they’re not going to be competitive,’” Lue said.
He added, “But that just challenges me even more. OK, people are counting us out or people don’t think we’re going to be good… I can’t wait to prove everybody wrong.”

The roster has radically changed over the last few months.
According to reports, the starting lineup in the new season will consist of James Harden, Terance Mann, Derrick Jones Jr., Kawhi Leonard, and Ivica Zubac.
Meanwhile, players like Bones Hyland, Mo Bamba, Kevin Porter Jr., and others will fill the second unit.
Although they still have legitimate talent on the roster, there is no doubt the loss of Paul George could have a big impact on them.
This could dash their chances of making it far in the postseason.
Things seemed to be going so well for the Clippers last year and they had a great string of wins during the regular season.
But, as always, injuries caught up with them, and the playoffs were disappointing.
Then George left the team, along with Russell Westbrook, and their hopes for the year ahead diminished.
But Lue says fans shouldn’t count them out.
Many critics believe that dark times are ahead for the Clippers but that will only inspire them to play harder and achieve more.
All this doubt could be the motivation they need to have an amazing 2024-25.
