For the past 20+ years, NFL legend Tom Brady has had it all.

He had the Super Bowl rings, the endorsements, the money, the business endeavors, the supermodel wife, the nice family, his great looks, fame, and fortune.

He was the undisputed king of the National Football League, and — as long as he wasn’t talking to Bill Belichick — his word was usually final.

But now that he’s walking among mortals and is no longer wearing No. 12, he’s being reminded that he cannot have it all.

According to a report by ESPN’s Seth Wickersham, the legendary quarterback could face some ‘unique restrictions’ as a broadcaster if his bid to purchase a stake in the Las Vegas Raiders is approved.

NEWS out of NFL owners meetings: If Tom Brady becomes a partial owner of the Raiders, he will be forced to abide by unique restrictions as a broadcaster — including no access to practice or production meetings https://t.co/QyIbdvsHQv

For starters, Brady wouldn’t be allowed in another team’s facility, witness practice, or attend broadcast production meetings.

He wouldn’t be able to access coaches or players before games and could face fines or suspensions for doing so.

He would also be subject to the league’s gambling and tampering policies, and he would only be allowed ‘strictly social communication with members of other clubs.’

Needless to say, it didn’t take long before the fans shared their thoughts on this matter.

That’ll make his position as a broadcaster uniquely difficult but if anyone can do it and succeed it’s Thomas Edward Patrick Brady Jr.

If I’m Fox I would demand he put off the Raiders gig because he can’t actually do the job if he has all of these limitations.

$375M isn’t like a part-time job where you can just blow off all the prep work required.

Makes sense.

Doesn’t the NFL have enough Brady rules?

Simply put, being a minority owner of a team would be a huge conflict of interest, and it would severely hamper his ability to do his job as a broadcaster.

That makes perfect sense, and as much as Brady would love to have it his way, it seems like he might be forced to make a tough decision at some point.
