The last couple of years have been rough for Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo, with injuries derailing any chance of the future Hall of Famer being able to compete for a title during the past two seasons.

Even though the Bucks went all out to get superstar guard Damian Lillard in a blockbuster trade before the 2023-24 NBA season, following a bold statement by Antetokounmpo that he’d leave the team if his teammates weren’t on the same page about winning another title, last season never really came together the way the team thought it would which has set up an uncertain future in Milwaukee.

Although last season was a disappointment, with the Boston Celtics going on to win their NBA-record 18th title, the Bucks hope to bounce back with a vengeance during the upcoming 2024-25 NBA season, with Lillard getting some time to work with his new teammates while knowing where his long-term future will be and Antetokounmpo being able to get back to 100% physically.

Along with getting back to form physically and being excited about the upcoming season for the Bucks, Antetokounmpo recently married his longtime girlfriend Mariah Riddlesprigger while having longtime teammate Khris Middleton stand by his side as his best man, according to Eurohoops.

It has been an interesting few years for Antetokounmpo after he won his first NBA title with the Bucks, as the league around him and the Milwaukee franchise has only gotten better.

With the Bucks making some key additions to the squad over the summer, like Taurean Prince and Gary Trent Jr., Milwaukee will be a team to watch in the Eastern Conference, as the squad might surprise some people next season.
