Analyst Predicts Eagles’ Record This Season

The Philadelphia Eagles won ten of their first eleven games last season.

They wound up winning eleven games.

Their collapse was unpredictable and hard to explain, even if their first ten wins weren’t as convincing as their record was.

They let the NFC East Division slip right through their fingers, and they weren’t much of a legitimate threat in the playoffs, either.

This year, however, that should change.

In the latest edition of his podcast, former NFL player Ross Tucker predicted that the Eagles would go 12-5 this season.

It’s time.

What’s your prediction for the Eagles record this season?

Here’s mine:

That might not seem like much of an improvement, record-wise, but it goes well beyond that.

Tucker believes that the biggest key to a turnaround is that they have much better coordinators now.

Needless to say, that makes a huge difference for any team.

They hired Kellen Moore and Vic Fangio to serve as their offensive and defensive coordinators, respectively.

The Eagles failed to replace Jonathan Gannon and Shane Steichen, and Nick Sirianni was kind of exposed last season, mostly due to his failure to get a full grasp on the team and turn things around when things got rough.

This team has the personnel and the talent to be utterly dominant.

Of course, it’s never easy to win in the NFL, and they will have to deal with plenty of pressure right out of the gate.

But, on paper at least, there’s no reason to believe that this team can’t get back to the mountaintop and represent the NFC in the biggest game of the season.
